I accept PayPal only.  All items will be shipped to buyers PayPal confirmed address.  Please make sure your address is correct before you pay.

I only ship to the confirmed address provided by PayPal.  Please make sure your address is correct before you pay.  

All shipping costs are included in the price.  In the UK I always use Royal Mail 24 Hour Tracked and for International Orders I use Royal Mail International Tracked.  All Items are posted within a day of ordering, delivery times are at the discretion of Royal Mail and is out of my control, but should arrive as soon as possible.  

I ship Monday to Saturday excluding holidays.  Shipping time during Holiday Season could be longer than expected, so please expect a delivery delay at these times.

At the moment I only ship to mainland Europe, USA, Canada, Japan and China.  If you would like to purchase from a country not listed, please contact me at: leigh@windowofthesoul.co.uk and I can add your country to the list.

Delivery Duty Paid

Delivery Duty Paid is included in the price so that there are no extra costs for the purchaser.  The cost includes ALL shipping and insurance, this is included to ensure you receive your order as quickly and safely as possible.  You will have a tracking number for you to follow the progress of your new purchase, as I want this to be the  easiest and most successful transaction

Refund Policy

 

If an item arrives and has been broken in transit, please send photographs within 24 hours of arrival and we can discuss refund or replace.  Without photographic proof of damage, no refund or replace can be given.   Please contact leigh@windowofthesoul.co.uk if you have any questions.
